terms of use

1. what divvy is

divvy is a non-custodial interface for funding, publishing, and claiming token-holder reward distributions on robinhood chain (chain id 4663). the interface prepares allocation data and submits transactions to smart contracts; it does not hold, custody, or control user funds.

2. no financial advice

nothing on divvy is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. token rewards may have regulatory or tax consequences in your jurisdiction. you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to you.

3. your responsibilities

you are responsible for the accuracy of the distribution parameters you configure, including the token address, snapshot block, exclusions, and funded amount. once a merkle root is published onchain it is locked and cannot be changed.

you are responsible for your own wallet and keys. divvy cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, reverse a confirmed transaction, or restore access to a wallet.

4. smart contract risk

interacting with smart contracts carries risk, including loss of funds from bugs, exploits, network failures, or user error. the divvy contracts are tested but not independently audited. use the system only with amounts you can afford to lose.

5. availability and data accuracy

divvy reads data from the robinhood chain rpc, the blockscout explorer, and a background indexer. these sources can be delayed, rate-limited, or unavailable. when data cannot be verified, the interface says so rather than guessing.

the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, divvy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the interface or the underlying contracts.

7. changes

these terms may be updated from time to time. continued use of divvy after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
